We are fully integrated with Cubby and are actively expanding our integrations with additional property management software platforms to provide even greater flexibility for our partners. For properties using other management systems, we can also support operations through a streamlined manual process.
Payments are distributed within 15 days after the close of the following month.
Existing tenants can either provide proof of private coverage or enroll in the Prestige Protection Plan. Our optional automation tool tracks coverage sends renewal reminders and can automatically enroll tenants in the base plan if proof of coverage is not provided within 30 days.
